Dan, a 31-year-old police officer, is now living a life he never imagined scarred and blind. His appearance and condition are the result of an unthinkable act of domestic violence stemming from what he describes as a “normal” argument with his wife.


The incident began like any ordinary disagreement between a married couple. Dan and his wife had a minor argument about a house issue. Thinking nothing of it, Dan left for his night shift.
